Targets that adjust to your day.

kClo is a diet, activity and sleep tracker for Android. Set a weight goal; log your meals, water, steps, exercise, weight, sleep, stress and pain. It works out a daily calorie and step target — then keeps re-adjusting it as you log, and nudges it with the weather where you actually are.

1,300kcal
Hard safety floor. A target never drops below it, whatever the weather says.

Country catalogs of real local dishes — and tips that follow the catalog.

Languages, across every tab, panel and reminder.
28days Free*
Then your AI assistant writes a feedback report on your own logs, in your own language.

The differentiator

Your targets move with the weather.

Most trackers hand you one number and leave it there. kClo reads local conditions and nudges the day's calorie and step targets to match — because a cold, wet Tuesday is not the same day as a mild one, and pretending otherwise is how goals get abandoned.

01

Calories only ever move downward

Weather can trim the day's calorie target, never inflate it — and it is floored at 1,300 kcal, whatever the conditions say.

02

Step goals follow your stage too

The base step goal rises as you move through diet stages, then weather nudges it down — floored at 4,000 and rounded to the nearest 500, so it stays a number you can actually hold in your head.

03

Recalculated continuously

Targets are recomputed from your weight goal, your logged history and the day you are actually in — not set once at sign-up and then forgotten.

The assistant

AI that has actually read your day.

Not a chatbot bolted onto a tracker. Every question goes out with a live snapshot of your day — calories left, macros, hydration, streak — so the answer is about the day you are actually having, not general advice you could have searched for.

01

Ask it about your own log

“How many calories do I have left?” is answered from your real numbers. It can log what you tell it, too.

02

Photograph a meal

Point the camera at a plate for a calorie and macro estimate you can log straight from the reply. It asks what the dish is rather than guessing.

03

A written report every 28 days

A read of your last four weeks — what moved, what stalled, what to change — written in your own language. Free* on every tier.

04

An avatar made from your photo

Turn a photo of yourself into the avatar that fronts the app, generated on device from a 3D model rather than picked from a preset sheet.

Where the AI runs. Every call is proxied through our server, so no API key ever ships inside the app. Calls are rate-limited and capped daily. Your health logs are never sent to an ad network, and the assistant is optional — the tracker works without it.

Your avatar, built from your own photo

One photo becomes a 3D model, rendered on the device into the avatar that fronts the app. Not an emoji off a preset sheet — you, in whatever you were wearing. Both of these were made in kClo, and you will find them fronting the screens above.

What's in it

Built for the way people actually log.

Real local food, an assistant that reads your day, and everything core working without an account or a connection.

Food catalogs for where you live

India, Germany, the US and Spain each get their own catalog of real local dishes — and the diet tips follow the catalog. Someone in Germany gets Quark and Buttermilch, not a translated Indian menu.

Offline, and signed out

Logging, targets, streaks and charts all run on the device. Signing in only adds cloud backup, the AI assistant, coins and referrals — the tracking itself never asks for an account.

Sleep insights

Bedtime consistency, sleep deficit, pain frequency, and how last night tracked against the next day — each shown only once there is enough logged history for it to mean something.

Hybrid & VIP

Streaks, fasting and barcodes

A month-at-a-glance streak calendar, a fasting timer on the home carousel, and barcode scanning for packaged food — plus a weekly recap card you can share.

Three languages, properly

English, Deutsch and Español across every tab, panel and reminder — day labels, the sleep-insight sentences and the share cards included, not just the buttons.

Screens

Liquid glass, dark or light.

Translucent cards over soft colour, an accent per tab, and rings that tell you where the day stands at a glance. Dark is the default, and every screen has a light face too — both are below, tab by tab.

Tiers

Free is genuinely usable. Paid removes friction.

Everything core — logging, targets, streaks, charts, offline use — is on the free tier. The paid tiers cut ads and unlock the deeper breakdowns.

Free

Track everything

The whole core app, supported by ads.

  • All logging, targets and charts
  • Works offline and signed out
  • Earn coins by logging and by watching rewarded ads
  • Banner and interstitial ads
Hybrid

Fewer ads, deeper data

Reduced ad frequency — not ad-free.

  • Macro and nutrition breakdowns
  • The sleep insights card
  • AI avatar creation and in-app navigation help
  • Monthly bonus AI tokens and higher AI limits
VIP

The ad-free tier

The only tier with no ads in any placement.

  • Everything in Hybrid
  • No ads anywhere in the app
  • The highest AI session and daily limits
  • The largest monthly token allowance
Family

Share a plan

Three or five seats, including whoever pays.

  • Members inherit the full paid tier
  • Works on either Hybrid or VIP
  • Membership status is shared — logs are not
  • The payer cannot see members' data
To be plain about it: Hybrid reduces ads. It does not remove them. Only VIP is ad-free, across every placement in the app.

Prices are set per country and shown inside the app in your own currency, so what you see is what Google Play charges.

Start with the free tier.

No account, no connection, no card. Install it, set a weight goal, and log one day — that is enough for kClo to start adjusting your targets.
